1983 Kenner Star Wars Pack-In Catalog and Action Figure Carrying Cases
These pages from the 1983 Star Wars pack-in catalog show four different Star Wars carrying cases from the early eighties. I own three of the four — the Darth Vader Collectors Case, C-3PO Collectors Case, and the Chewbacca Bandolier Strap — but that fourth design is one I’ve been unable to find at a reasonable cost. I’ve saved a page in my new book for that Return of the Jedi vinyl carrying case, but if I don’t track one down in the next few weeks I’ll have to start asking the web for an image donation. It would be wrong for the new book to be missing that case.
