1995 Waterworld Trading Cards Advertisement

You totally remember when Waterworld* was destined to be the next big sci-fi hit, right? Back when even Kenner decided that Waterworld was the future, and the company produced a line of action figures for a movie that, to be fair, is very bad. I am talking seriously bad. But, bad in an entertaining way.

Well, part of that push of Waterworld merch in 1995 included trading cards, and this full-page advertisement for the cards is every bit as over-the-top and wild as the rest of the film’s marketing.
