DST Vorin Battle Beasts at ActionFigurePics

Huge thanks to Talyn for stopping by to let us all know that he has posted pics and thoughts of the Diamond Select Toys Battle Beasts Vorin toys that were available at C2E2 earlier this month. Those extra pieces really do help change the basic Minimates body and seeing these pics makes me think I’ll have to try a few of the new Battle Beasts when they’re released later this year.

One important note, though, is that Diamond Select Toys’ Battle Beasts is not a license as Talyn says in his review. The DST Battle Beasts are not at all related to the originals and DST is not paying Hasbro or Takara any sort of licensing fee.

I can see that this confusion is going to cause the new Battle Beasts line trouble for a long time.
