Skulls for Your Predator Diorama

The new Predators Limited Edition Trophy Skulls Pack* is a great accessory for the recently-released diorama (last mentioned here) so, of course, I ordered a pack of skulls for myself. Hey, $18 for the set of skulls was way too good of a deal for me to ignore.

The diorama reached me earlier this week and so far all I’ve had time for is to move the box . . . and it is one heavy box! Feels like it’s a polystone piece, which makes perfect sense considering the size and limited nature of the diorama. Maybe I’ll get time in August to actually open and enjoy the box; and by then I’ll also have the skulls so I can assemble a quite nifty display.

  1. The Predator dio is amazingly heavy/solid. Got mine from BBTS, and was expecting a hollow plastic thing that I’d assemble. The value vs price NECA produces with items like this oggles my mind. It’s nice they’ve released the skulls as a set though – I have x2 on the way. 🙂

Something interesting I found about this wall unit: if you have additional skulls, swords, old fashion looking guns, etc. from other figures, (or extra Predator masks like I do) – use a small bit of blue-tack and affix them to the trophywall display. This kind of easily-reversale customiIng add immensely to it’s value as a display, IMO. 🙂

  2. @Blayne – I’ll have to get that review done once I get home since both the display and skulls will be there. And I suspect this will make a great backdrop for some future toy reviews.
