Where is Castle Grayskull?

I haven’t been all that worried about my Castle Grayskull pre-order ever since I noticed that my credit card had been charged about $300 by Mattel. But now I see online reports at different sites that there have been some transaction problems . . . and it leaves me wondering where my Castle Grayskull is in the shipping process.

After a little reading online I determined that my Castle Grayskull should be just fine — and likely already on its way — but the Matty Collector website isn’t helping matters any with an error message when I try to check the status of the order number. I guess for now all I can do is sit back and wait. I can only imagine the size of the shipping headache they are facing getting all of these playsets out, so as long as it arrives by mid-December I won’t worry too much about it.

Still, it would have been nice to have been notified when Mattel processed my credit card. I was sent an “it’s billing soon” notice, but I never saw a “we took your bucks!” mail.
