  1. These retro Alien toys have been a pretty major wish fulfillment for me. I got the entire first series stored inside Star Cases, and I preordered Ripley in the all white space suit and the metallic Alien from series 2. The only gripe I really have is that the blue is missing from all the packaging. I must have missed the fact that it was a convention exclusive, because I was mildly disappointed when I opened the big box from BBTS to find the figures on all black cards. Still, it’s amazing to see Super7 finally release the Alien toys we’ve all been teased with for, what, 35-ish years?

    1. @rosewater – I think Alien ReAction featured black and blue cards and that you’re right: Blue was used for those who pre-ordered the toys at the original price. Funko stepping up to partner with Super7 brought the cost per figure way down from where it was at launch.

    1. @Brian – As soon as Super7 shipped me eggs I just knew I had to share them. Does anyone really need 16 Alien eggs? (No. But it was kinda tempting to line the shelves with eggs.)

  2. Great giveaway Phil, these were only on their site for a short time after SDCC and were pretty hard to get.

    1. @Talyn – I remember I got pretty lucky and scored some when they were announced . . . and then was shocked that Super7 sent me way more than I had ordered. I will be giving more of these away in the future.

  3. Just want to say this is pretty rad of you Phil, and I’m not even commenting to enter. These exclusives are so hard to get for folks who can’t attend conventions and I love it when I see generous folks giving them away. Good luck with the contest and a preemptive congrats to the three lucky SOBs who snag one 🙂

  4. Also excited, both for the increase in conversation, and the chance to grab one of these awsome exclusives.

  5. Congratulations – you’ve discovered the secret of getting comments from readers – free stuff!

  6. Will comment for swag! Phil, you’re turning me into a toy collector, and you will have to answer to my wife!
