September, 1998 Look at Star Wars Action Figures

I’ve enjoyed the last few weeks of looking back at the Kenner Star Wars: Power of the Force toys of the nineties (Amazon.com search*). It’s astounding how many different releases Kenner produced between 1995 and the launch of Episode 1 in 1999; in just a little over three solid years the company managed to outperform the classic line in terms of variety and number of releases. That’s impressive!

And after last week’s post sharing the Gunner Station commercial from 1998 today’s scan is especially fun.
