Kickstarter – Toys That Time Forgot
Subtitled “A book about unproduced toys,” Toys That Time Forgot is a 200-plus page hardcover book dedicated to unproduced toylines of the eighties, nineties, and aughts. The sample pages look phenomenal, and at $50 for a copy of the book you can be sure I jumped and backed the project. My job’s not to sell you on the project, though, so I’ll instead point you at the Kickstarter page and simply say: Back this if you love toys and want to get a look at several different unproduced toylines.
TOYS THAT TIME FORGOT will be split into three sections: The Golden Age (1980s), Darker Times (1990s) and The Gilded Age (2000s). Each section will have entries representing a healthy mix of both licensed and inventor-based products… some of which have never been seen by the public.
