Model Cars for 1/2 Price in 1981

October 30, 1981. I may have wandered back into the Google newspaper archives in search of Kenner’s Star Wars toys, but I’m not about to let an opportunity pass by. This ad block promises model cars for half-price, stating that “We bought the entire remaining overstock of model kits from this famous maker.” Which company? I bet someone with more model car kit experience than I have could identify the company just by the car illustrations in the ad.
