“The Role-Playing Game of the Dark Future” in 1992
This 1992 advertisement for R. Talsorian’s Cyberpunk roleplaying game (find at Amazon.com*) comes from an issue of Challenge magazine and a very different time. When this was new, I was hoping I would one day get the chance to work in the game industry, maybe as an author. Well, I eventually did break into the industry, mostly as a layout artist and graphic designer, and I never once would have imagined in 1992 that I’d be where I am a quarter of a century later. The world sure is a weird place.
