Spotted Online – Poe Ghostal Reviews the Battle Armor Lost Predator
My own reviews of the Predator action figures have done nothing to truly keep fans informed (Hive Wars Predator review posted here), but fortunately the rest of the web has been useful in this area. For example, Poe Ghostal’s recent Battle Armor Lost Predator review does a lot more than just talk about the action figure; Poe secured time with the toy’s sculptor, Jason Frailey, and went so in-depth on the toy that I’m amazed there haven’t been more comments on his review.
NECA’s Battle Armor Lost Predator* looks fantastic in all of the photos I’ve seen online and I really should spend a little time this weekend snapping and reviewing at least one of the Predator toys I’ve got here at home. For now, though, you do not want to miss Poe’s excellent review.

You and me both, brother. I don’t do this for the comments, but on the days when I find myself considering shuttering PGPoA, the lack of response to this sort of thing isn’t exactly encouraging 🙂 That said, the actual traffic on that post isn’t too bad. Maybe a lot of the discussion has moved to Twitter, I don’t know.
Somewhere in my second year of blogging, it wasn’t unusual to get 50+ comments on a blog post. Unfortunately I think my tendency toward faddishness – and quickly turning away from a line I was following closely – has caused me to repeatedly shed followers.

The randomness of my own site probably causes some of the same troubles here. It’s kinda a surprise what I’ll do at any time. That makes it fun for me, but I think it prevents some people from really feeling a connection to the site.
What we need is a “hub” site that handles RSS feeds from three or four of the sites that are dedicated to the whole idea of “something is always changing” so that we could all share traffic.
I know I don’t comment nearly as much as I used to, whether it be PGPOA, IAT, here or any other site I happen to frequent. Of course I don’t frequent many sites like I used to. I find sites I used to check multiple times daily I now barely remember to check once a week — or once a month.
To the Predator review, I’ll have to head on over to PGPOA and check it out — and maybe, just maybe I’ll comment! 😉
