The Super7 Haunted House ReAction Figure Playset* is now up for pre-order at Entertainment Earth, with the cardboard playset all set to ship out in August. It’s a tad too big for any of the free spaces I have available, but in looking at this I can see how it would make a remarkable display piece for Kenner-style 3.75-inch scale action figures. Great idea and good to see it’s getting a slightly wider release than as only a SDCC exclusive.

I really like this playset as it is rather gorgeous and features some beautiful artwork but I’m just not sure I can bring myself to pay $75 dollars plus shipping for a cardboard playset. There probably a few vintage playsets I can obtain for less than that second hand. If i read a review or two and found that the cardboard was incredibly sturdy, however, I might be swayed.
