For the Star Wars Black Fan Who Does Not Yet Own Leia or Greedo
Fans of Hasbro’s Star Wars Black series (Amazon.com search*), I offer these new photos from the Times Square ToysRUs in NYC. What is most distressing is that these pics — taken August 8, 2014 — look a hell of a lot like the photos I took at the same store back in February (pics posted here).
The good news was that a few other figures — and the new Han Solo/Greedo pack — was available at the store, so it wasn’t all just Greedo and Princess Leia action figures. Still, if this ToysRUs location doesn’t run a “buy any figure, get Greedo or Leia free!” promotion this Christmas I have no idea when they’ll clear these out of the store.
Pretty much every toy store in NY only has Greedo and Leia. I haven’t seenwave three at all make an appearance because of this
@rafael – That really sucks. Even here in Austin we’ve seen some of the newer figures; my wife bought me Jabba and the Speeder Bike a few days ago while I was still in NYC.
