New York Toy Fair 2017 – The Loyal Subjects

The Loyal Subjects’ line of “Action Vinyl” action figures (find at Amazon.com*) make an appearance at New York Toy Fair this year, and yesterday I got lucky enough to spend a little time in their booth checking out the toys. There were some surprise reveals that are not yet ready for the public, but I got another peek at their G.I. Joe and Masters of the Universe toys, and I even got time overnight to assemble this quick video showing the toys in their booth. Enjoy!

  1. I found Skeletor the other day at Walmart. It’s a great little figure but I always get panicky about blind-boxes, especially when there’s such a limited number of figures in a wave, as I know I’d wind up with six identical figures…!

    1. Interesting: they have carded versions… I should comment after I watch the video. 🙂

  2. It wouldn’t surprise me if it did, Jay. They’re actually fully-articulated figures. Skeletor’s jaw moves and everything!

  3. Jay, Man-E-Faces was included in the wave 1 blind box figures, which have been found at ToysRus, Hot Topic, and Comic Books stores. His head does indeed spin around like the orginal toy. The Loyal Subject MOTU figures are great. I just think they are too expensive for blind box toys. I rather have them carded like they did with their exclusives.
