“Year of the Giant Robot” in Fantastic Films, June 1985

I picked up a copy of the June 1985 issue of Fantastic Films and was surprised to find this short article about the transforming robot toys and media and its place in the U.S. in the mid-eighties. In addition to Transformers and GoBots, the article, written by Douglas Rice, also mentions The Mighty Orbots, Starriors, and other robots of the age. Fun stuff!
