1974 Kenner Fun Catalog: Cover and Tee-Tee Power

When I ran across the 1974 Kenner “Fun Catalog” I just had to have it. Sixteen pages of Kenner toys advertised using a comic style? Hell, yes! This had to become a part of my library of toy catalogs, even if some of the pages duplicate ads I’ve got in comic books from that period. I’ll share the entire catalog over the next week, starting with the cover of the catalog and the first advertisement.

First up is a page dedicated to Kenner’s TTP line, the Turbo Tower of Power race toys. I never had this toy when I was a kid, but between this ad and the TTP catalog at Plain Stallions I could totally see myself growing weak and scoring the entire collection for myself. And just how is it that battlegrip.com has been running eight years and I’ve not once posted about the TTP toys before today?
