1994 Batman: Saga of the Dark Knight Trading Cards
This full-page advertisement for the SkyBox 1994 Saga of the Dark Knight trading cards* comes from the back cover of Wizard #32, a special issue for Batman fans. What makes this particular issue so special? The Batman/Spawn crossover by McFarlane and Miller dominates the cover. This issue has come up before — I shared an ad for Wizard #32 earlier this year — and I happened to run across the magazine last week.
As for the Saga of the Dark Knight trading cards*, the Dave Dorman artwork used in the above advertisement is a little misleading; the series does not come loaded with a bunch of painted artwork.
