Spotted Online – BotCon Transformers Scorponok Pics
The Energon Scorponok* in classic Generation One colors looks far, far cooler than I was expecting. Pics posted at Tformers.com show the toy along with the Headmaster component, and so long as Hasbro runs the toy through a proper quality check then we should get about the best modern Scorponok toy we can hope for this year.
Those colors look perfect, and I must admit to being impressed at how something as simple as varying the colors can make the Energon Scorponok* toy look so much more like the classic character design. This also proves that painting anything purple and bright green improves the look. The world needs more purple and bright green objects!
