“Move Out with New Sgt. Rock Vehicles and Weapons from Remco”
Is there anything that’s as much fun as ads from old comic books? The third issue of DC’s Power Lords mini-series included this full-page ad for the Sgt. Rock action figures and vehicles, Remco’s G.I. Joe-scaled line of the time. These 3.75-inch scale toys look great, and seeing this ad kinda makes me wonder just how many kids used these toys right alongside their Hasbro G.I. Joe toys of the time.
And hey, whatever happened to Remco? I think I have to make some time to chase down where the company went.
