Hasbro’s Visionaries and G.I. Joe on Sale in 1987

We’ve seen several newspaper ads for Hasbro’s G.I. Joe action figures over the last few years, so this 1987 Gold Circle newspaper ad isn’t all that stunning for the G.I. Joe fans out there. Yes, seeing that amazing Cobra Wolf is always a treat, but it is the addition of the Visionaries that makes this November 1, 1987, Cincinatti Enquirer ad so very special. We already saw an ad for the Lancer Cycle a few days ago, but is that any reason for us to not sit back and enjoy this bit of toy advertising from the eighties?
