Unofficial Transformers Brawn and Outback Pre-Orders at BBTS
This set of two Old Time series transforming robot toys is now up for pre-order at BBTS and ready for fans of Brawn and Outback who want heftier, chunkier toys in their collection. The product description says that these include die-cast parts, rubber tires, and ratchet joints; someone out there is trying to make a Brawn and an Outback that outdoes the iGear versions (unofficial Brawn review here).
The designs look pretty cool. I especially like how this unofficial Outback has a completely different look above the shoulders; both the head and backpack parts are different from the Brawn design, making the two toys that much more unalike each other. Fingers crossed here that the colors on both are better than iGear managed with their unofficial Outback toy.
